[Feature Request] Want to open option from the icon button

This is my new feature request for Thunderbird 115.

• I want the icon button to open option in a pop-up window.
• I want to be able to place them on all toolbars(tab, window, unified).

Reason:
Because 3 actions are required to access the options.
e.g. Add-ons Manager open --> Scroll and Add-ons select --> Wrench button click

Well, there's supposed to be a main toolbar button for removedupes, but it stopped working in v115 because of how TB devs fucked up the UI. That's a pending issue.

Now, that toolbar button actually had a menu open, which let you customize comparison criteria. Those are the settings people change more often. For the rest, less-commonly-used settings - I don't want to interfere with the app's choice regarding how options/preferences are accessible. It's not right for evry extension author to put the options access for their extension in the face of the users...
