What should be accomplished for Version 1 (that can be announced e.g. on NADigest)

• cleanup of all the functions (remove unnecessary, buggy or experimental functions)
• nearly full code coverage (unit tests)
• complete documentation for important functions
• split the library into (thesis, testing and core)

Stufff that is too difficult to document/test/etc. can be moved first to a testing area. (Should try git-subtree for that).
