Use entrypoint and entrypoint script folder for extensibility

Covers:

• Remove permission, deployment and kickstart scripts in favor of extensibility via entrypoint.
• Also change remaining existing features of run.sh to use env variables + add one for behat.yml

Todo:

• Adapt ezplatform (Dockerfile, ..)
• Bump image version and create a alpha tag of ezplatform to be able to get it to pass and build
