Lora + build artifacts as releases

This closes #23 and also adds build artifacts via travis to the release page, see https://github.com/f-o-a-m/foam.lite/releases/tag/test3 as an example

TODO:

• test that foam.lite.tgz as generated in that release is working on arm
• remove test3 that I used for testing
• make proper release
