f5_user type needs to support more attributes #12

Currently for the f5_user type there are only a few of the attributes supported:

Current f5_user type

Currently only supporting name, description, and password.

The following indicates the full compliment of attributes

Customers are asking for RBAC and Partitions to be supported at minimum.
