This morning I found out I could not provision our K8s cluster in Azure. It seems 1.20.7 has been EOLd. Even though in the link I share it says 1.23.0 should be available, it is not. Neither it appears if I query for available versions from the CLI. I install the latest version I possibly can.

By bumping the kubernetes version we are forced to also bump the Knative one; as we need some bugfixes for k8s >1.22 (e.g. this one). A companion PR in faasm will follow.
