- create 404 template in docs/layouts/404.html
- remove magiconair repo from .goreleaser.yml
- remove magiconair repo from build/homebrew.sh
- update LICENSE and docs/layouts/partials/footer.html with correct dates
- test doc site generation during travis test
- always pass $GOFLAGS to build and test
- do not call mod target for every build
