Add a link to point to kibana3

Until now, the only possibility that we have to use kibana3 directly is to use this kibana3 link in the browser to access kibana web site http://localhost:8181/kibana3/index.html#/dashboard

To let the user to create their own kibana3 dashboard based on data stored using insight with the service io.fabric8.insight.storage.StorageService, we should offer a link directly in the insight hawtio plugin menu.
