Summary: Pytest "...will execute all tests in all files whose names follow the form test_*.py or \*_test.py in the current directory and its subdirectories.". With the previous file name, the tests in this file weren't being executed in OSS. Discovered after seeing 26% codecov for global stopping directory. Differential Revision: D56073145
