For rural areas, adding buildings one by one, is not just impractical, but quite time consuming.
In big or crowded settlements there is no phisical separation of the buildings suggested by the AI, adding in bulk could create a mess;
but in rural or some residential areas, there is very few overlap of AI data, so it make sense to have the capacity to add all buildings suggested data at once within a no so big bounding box

The validation process could be done in areas and not only one by one, who take a lot of time, for few buildings, a regular size bounding box could help.
