I noticed that we have a lot of different sources of 3rd party map data now:

This is cool, but I think it might be confusing to users who wonder "what is all this stuff".

We should provide some better contextual information where users can learn more about KeepRight, Osmose, GeoScribble, etc.

I know we have tooltips but I'm kind of frustrated with out tooltips lately. We put them on things throughout Rapid, but many of them aren't very user friendly. I'm thinking more like outbound links where they can click and learn more about a thing.
