Report #3 of same issue- Starting view hits API limits

Description

Oftentimes when selecting a task from Map Roulette the map starts really zoomed out.
Instead of the screen saying "Zoom in to Edit", it downloads everything in view until I hit my API limit.
This makes using Rapid impossible
