I noticed that clicking anywhere inside the city of Meru resulted in the ENTIRE city being selected.

This doesn't seem to happen in mainline rapid.

I see now that this just had to do with the 'area-fill' at the time, which was set to full, hence clicking inside any area automatically clicked the area. This will be resolved by #626 as well.
