Can't snap enpoints together

Description

I inserted two rapid-derived road segments and the endpoints would snap together.

What browser are you seeing the problem on? What version are you running?

Chrome v104.0

Steps to reproduce

Insert road network
Insert another road network
try to join to another road segment by dragging endpoint to endpoint.

Also try slecting endpoint and hitting "a" to continue failed.

This was fixed as a result of #648. Snapping should work much, much better now.
