While attempting to compile rapid.js into the tasking manager bundle in the mwai-tasking-manager-v4.5.2 branch over at OSM-HOT-Tasking-Manager, I noticed that we were failing the build due to 'new-fangled' javascript operators/syntax such as nullish coalescing, etc.

We need to bundle some legacy versions of the rapid JS code targeted at an earlier version of JS, like es2016.
