New production build doesn't update service worker

Steps

• Create an app from the template using npx create-react-app my-app --template cra-template-pwa
• Build yarn build
• Serve serve -s build
• Open 'Dev Tools -> application -> service workers'
• See that the worker is running
• Update and rebuild the app yarn build

Expected result

New service worker is waiting to activate and the old service worker is running

Actual result

The old service worker is running and no any other workers are displayed

Notes

Manually clicking 'Update' on the right up corner of the 'Service workers' tab finally displays the new service worker:
