Autodetect PyCharm (Pro and CE), WebStorm, PhpStorm, IntelliJ IDEA, RubyMine, CLion, and AppCode

Added IntelliJ IDEA, RubyMine, CLion, and AppCode to list of IDEs. They have the same signature as WebStorm and PhpStorm <editor> <projectPath> --line <number> <filePath> so they can reuse the logic from those.

Removed older integrations of AppCode, IntelliJ IDEA

Wow, this is a great PR! Thank you for sending this!

Removed older integrations of PyCharm, WebStorm, AppCode, IntelliJ IDEA

How old are they? Is it possible people are still using those?

I don't know what version the switch from the old CLI format to the current one happened in. The idea and appcode integrations were conflicting but charm and wstorm can go back in.

Let's put the ones that don't conflict back in. Thanks!

Hello! Many thanks for this great PR and create-react-app goodies.

I have a question, as the Webstorm launch editor does not work for me.
I saw the https://github.com/facebookincubator/create-react-app/blob/4434467a438c3d431a5169038a5f481bbf763efe/packages/react-dev-utils/launchEditor.js#L130 initialization, and I don't see anywhere where the variable is reinitialized?
Any thoughts on this?

I am using Webstorm 2017.3.
Many thanks!
