This is also happening to me on a Motorola Milestone (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.1-update1; en-gb; Milestone+Build/...) It seems https://www.facebook.com/connect/uiserver.php?display=touch&... doesn't redirect to https://ssl.facebook.com/login.php?... |
The same problem is there for me in emulator. |
@johanandersen: what OS / browser versions work or don't work for you? |
I have been working on the emulator and on the G1 ADP,I have'nt seen the login-screen at all..Have been trying from 3-4 days.Really frustrating.Fix Please. |
For me its not working on android 2.2 based device. |
fixed the issue see my post at : http://myunixworld.blogspot.com/2010/11/android-facebook-sdk-issue-fix-for.html |
That is not a good solution, as it removes the security SSL provides, making man-in-the-middle attacks possible. What is the actual SSL issue? We need to solve the actual problem, not mask it. |
This issue was raised against an previous version of the Facebook SDK for Android. In 2012, the SDK had a significant rewrite and relaunch, and we are closing issues and pull requests that predate that v3.0 release. If you are still experiencing this issue, please raise a new issue with repro steps in the supported SDK (currently v3.6). For more information, please see our Android developer center at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/android. Many thanks for using the Facebook Platform, and your support of this project. |
[facebook][ios] Updated to version 4.26.0.0
Hi,
in my recent project when I do the autorization (facebook.authorize(...) ) I only get a blank page back. It works on all other devices (Magic, Hero, Desire, SonyEricsson X10 etc.) where I get to the login page. Has anyone else got it to work on the HTC Legend?
