Adds info about how do in-IDE debugging with the VSCode debugger to the README.
It would of course be handy if others testing out this functionality to see if this approach works for them or whether the documentation could be clearer.
Ideally, this functionality would eventually be able to be turned into a full blown VSCode extension.
