When I run the app on my device, It worked fine. After that, I have turned the USB tethering mode ON for getting my laptop connected in order to access internet. After that "react-native run-android" stopped working .Even though I turned the tethering mode OFF, It is not working.
This is the error log:

react-native run-android
JS server already running.
Building and installing the app on the device (cd android && ./gradlew installDebug)...

Configure project :app
WARNING: The specified Android SDK Build Tools version (28.0.2) is ignored, as it is below the minimum supported version (28.0.3) for Android Gradle Plugin 3.2.1.
Android SDK Build Tools 28.0.3 will be used.
To suppress this warning, remove "buildToolsVersion '28.0.2'" from your build.gradle file, as each version of the Android Gradle Plugin now has a default version of the build tools.

Also when I tried the command "adb devices", this is the log:
