Update dispatcher.js in flux-chat

Seems there is a newer version in /src/dispatcher.js, but an older one was used in flux-chat example.

Probably this file should be symlinked from /src to the example dir?

We can't symlink because the dispatcher in /src is written in ES6. We need to transform it and take the de-sugared file into the examples. @zpao is there a better solution here?

Yeah I found out about the class keyword after a while and realized it won't work without ES6 support.
