Windsorize errors when plotting distributions to avoid extreme cases vizs

Based on a user's feedback, sometimes users can get really high errors on first iterations, thus, distribution and scatter plots can be hard to read. I suggest we can windsorize @ 0-99% the errors data (just before and only for plotting) to avoid these viz issues.
