i had integrated my fb page with woocommerce but now i have lost my admin rights to that page. So i created another page and i am trying to integrate it with my fb page.
i have connected my website with fb developer. But i am not able to change my page from my website and plugin.

WooCommerce version:
Version 3.4.5

WordPress version:
Version 4.9.8

Plugin version:
Version 1.9.5

A screenshot of where you see the problem:

The URL of your website:
https://ankitaraut.com/

The URL of your Facebook Page:
https://www.facebook.com/ArtByAnkitaRaut/

The URL(s) of where you took your screenshot(s):

If applicable, detailed steps you took in order to see the problem:
I was the admin of my fb page Art By Ankita Raut. I was controlling it with fb business manager but i was not happy with it, so i decided to delete my business manager account, while doing so, i lost admin rights to that page. I was the sole owner of that page. So i cant add myself as the admin again.
So i created new pages, i want to link my website shop to my new fb page shop but i am unable to do it.

Please help.

  • Upgrade to the latest version of the plugin
  • Try to Resync products using the button on the plugin config page

  • WooCommerce version
  • WordPress version
  • Plugin version (please note: we only support up-to-date versions of the plugin)

  • The URL of your website
  • The URL of your Facebook Page
  • The URL(s) of where you took your screenshot(s)

For issues that have the tags Debug Ready, Feature Request or Developer Question, we aim to respond within 30 days.

If you have not responded to our automated message with one of the above phrases, such as Debug Ready, we may close your issue after 30 days. If a Feature Request is inactive (without new requests, messages or pull requests) for 6 months, we may close it.

Please note that we are not always able to provide support for issues related to interaction from other plugins with this plugin or related to the Facebook advertising interface. To get support related to Facebook ads, try visiting the Facebook Ads Help Center.

Hey @artbyankitaraut, thanks for reporting! Can you try the following steps in your Google Chrome Browser?
screen shot 2018-10-09 at 2 23 51 pm

  1. Go to the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin page (See screenshot attached)
  2. Right click on the page and Choose "Inspect"
  3. Open up the console tab by clicking "Console"
  4. Enter "delete_all_settings();" This will remove the Facebook Page and catalog from the settings
  5. After you hit enter, you should see a message saying “Deleting all settings and removing all FBIDs!”.
  6. Refresh the page and go through the setup process one more time.

Let me know if that works :)

Hey @artbyankitaraut . You'll need admin rights to run the steps above that @Luther2010 described.
Here's how I was able to solve it. Let me know if it helps:

Hey there! 👋

Lindsey here, from the SkyVerge product team! We recently took over development and support for the Facebook for WooCommerce extension.

In our recent 1.10 releases, we've fixed many issues impacting the store connection, pixel tracking, and product sync. Could you please update to the latest version of Facebook for WooCommerce and see if that resolves this issue?

If not, could you please contact our support team or open a new issue here? We'd be happy to help troubleshoot further with you.

Thank you!
