how to update the BLINK knowledge base ?

when "mention" is "COVID-19", blink can not link to the right wiki title because the BLINK knowledge base (entity library) is based on the 2019/08/01 Wikipedia dump.

You can refer to my reply here #106 (comment) with regards to how to generate embeddings for new entities without necessarily re-training BLINK model on latest Wikipedia data.
