Patch description
Deletes
mturk.core.devandmturk.core.legacy_2018. The former has becomeMephisto(well, at least was incorporated into Mephisto) and the latter was generally made unused by #3085. The one remaining task in here referring tomturk.core.legacy_2018was theprojects/controllable_dialogue/mturk, but this directory has already been given a README directing people to the archived task. I updated the readme up a directory to reflect this change as well.Testing steps
