Dear TorchRay team,

thank you for the amazing package. I have some questions regarding the post-processing. Are there standard tools to save output results of extremal perturbation mask and/or save shapes as binary mask annotations?
For example, save circles as a binary mask. Or maybe you could recommend some useful tolls, pkgs, etc considering some features of the extremal perturbation function.
