Add CPU option to run frankmocap

This version of frankmocap add supporting files and a demo example to use only CPU during the execution.

Back to compatibilize with frankmocap master today, and add 8 files (including the CPU demo) to enable CPU support.

AssertionError: Failed in opening video: ./sample_data/single_totalbody.mp4

Seems like a error in passing the path of the video, this assert trigers exatly when the OpenCV could not open the video for some reason. I have a question: the script ir runing in the main folder? if it is not, the ./ path does not work and should be "../sample_data/single_totalbody.mp4", but to be absolute sure try the absolute path.
