RootPanel not adding/removing children on hotload

If I comment out the ChatBox it will still be there after hotloading. Same goes for adding a new child panel, it's not there after hotloading. Requires the game to be re-created.

Yep this is the way it works, it's not a time machine, it just changes all the code around.
