Control the size of the playback step

In this release there are a couple of bug fixes and a new feature: step size configuration.

This step is not applied during playback but only when the left and right arrows are pressed.

New Look and Lua Scripting

This is an exciting release!

Now you can decide either to write your scripts in JavaScript or Lua!

Furthermore, icons are been moved to use more effectively the real estate on the screen.

Fixed Menu Bar and "New Version" notifier

The main changes in this release are:

• a bug fix related to the Menu bar that was extremely slow.
• now you get notified when a new version of PlotJuggler is available.
