Right clicking a resource path in a restart should give the option to edit it #2309

I don't know where this menu code lives...impossible to grep for!

Also right-clicking a restart that says USE: foo maybe edit foo, foo-docs, foo-tests...?

Yeah, that's a good idea, but those are restarts though, not pathnames.

Could we add a custom right-click menu to restarts? Or just close this bug?
