Version 1.09
Changes:
- fixed formula for combining defense from module and from much bigger defense than the other fleet mechanic
- removed "loki bug" calculations from antirocket section as the bug was fixed long ago in the game
- few minor fixes
Exe file for Windows was actually built with PyInstaller this time

- удалён Локи в расчётах на уничтожение ракет, так как в игре уже давно исправлен этот баг
- пара небольших фиксов
