Multiple language support

Implement a language selector that will change all text in the app to the selected language.

I see we will have to add whole language name, and extend button a bit, since it overflows in some cases

I've embedded Unicode characters for flags in the dropdown, but it seems that they can't be displayed on some systems/browsers. This is how it looks on my side:

Then maybe we should include svg images of flags.
