moved content from wiki home page to README.md and replaced wiki home page with TOC

Doesn't look like the wiki home page was changed.

Are you sure? When I browse to it now I see the table of contents.

FYI I've changed the build trigger in TeamCity to ignore the following files:

.gitignore
License.txt
README.md

I think it probably already knows to ignore .gitignore but no harm having it there.
