To prevent situations like these: #300 (comment)
we may want to:

  • documentate better e.g. which label is for what
  • where you can find the project board(s) and how to work with that
  • how and when to use drafts
  • which team/maintainer are "responsible" for what and how to or how not to communicate to them (e.g. async-chatting)
  • channels in discord
  • twitter
  • release-process
