As part of #8 the following issue was identified:

Running the build in faktorips.base/org.faktorips.runtime fails with

Non-resolvable parent POM for org.faktorips:org.faktorips.aggregator:22.6.0-SNAPSHOT: de.faktorzehn:faktorzehn-tycho-build:pom:1.2.8 was not found

it should either use an own pom file or the de.faktorzehn:faktorzehn-tycho-build:pom could be made available at maven central or another public-repository that is then referenced in the pom-repository section.
