Some changes included in this pull request

1. add the project files for Eclipse project;
2. add unit tests;
3. modify CoreFunc::features function to make tests pass;
4. adapt the SVM and ANN model file to liuruoze/EasyPR 1.3;
5. refactor some folder structure and java classes;
6. format the code and document.

The simple unit tests passed under following condition
