I found that for the images with high quality, SUPIR produced bad results. Any solution to solve the problem?

I use the online version, https://supir.suppixel.ai/home. Upscale 4, Quality first. And this is the output. You can download it to view.

It seems that for the images with high quality, upscaling 4 times larger could produce a better result. But for the T4 GPU, it's impossible to perform 4x. How can I get a good result only using 1x?
