使用windows编译的程序处理结果正常

这种的Ubuntu转换的中心点有问题

好像是因为坐标转换不对而导致的问题，Linux编译，需要gdal和proj分别是什么版本

GDAL版本需要3.0以上。

目前已经解决，原因如下
