Scoring Expr Stacked in Action panel

Sometimes happen that Scoring Expr stacked in Action panel, and game is continuing without changing action panel - show current tile to place, etc. This happend, when Action is confirmated by space key.

Easiest way to reproduce

1. Play BigTop expantion
2. Place 3 meeples on Acrobats space
3. Choose to score Actobats and choose proper Acrobats space
4. Ballon with scoring of 15 points is under your mouse cursor
5. Next confirm by space
