Improve UX after registering a new farm profile

Currently, after a user goes through the registration process and clicks "Save" a request is submitted to add the farm profile to the Aggregator and a Success/Failure message is displayed. There should be more feedback and confirmation to the user, perhaps prompting for next steps.

And easy way to do this would be to add another "Stepper" to the registration page. It would be great if the content of this stepper could be configured by the Aggregator admin - not only could it display a generic "Success!" message, but perhaps even a link to "view" the farm in the Aggregators public interface. (eg community aggregator map, company homepage) or perhaps a link to admin/config/farm/oauth explaining how they can revoke access to the aggregator in the future (if they want).
