Getting error when running fastlane test. (FastlaneCore::Interface::FastlaneShellError)

Hey Guys I am facing an issue when I am installing Fastlane in Windows 10.
I am following the steps from the official doc only.
I successfully created fastlane folder using fastlane init
But whenever I am running fastlane test or fastlane beta it is giving me below error. If I am doing anything wrong let me know.
