Add support to share test results for use in other actions

It would be great if the tests results were shared so they could be used in other actions to allow for keeping analytics or forming custom messages to team chat.

There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. Due to the high number of incoming GitHub notifications, we have to clean some of the old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates.
