[bugfix] 修改requentments.txt中的rich版本，给topk_saver增加参数

Description：修改requentments.txt中的rich版本，给topk_saver增加参数。

Main reason: 升级rich版本以解决剩余时间过长导致的异常。topk_saver中增加参数use_timestamp_path参数，决定是否跳过创建时间戳命名的文件夹的步骤。
