A little bayesian approach to Covid replications, in this project there can be found several files:
- covidget.py: Python script that extracts the table from the html and inserts it in a csv file
- covid_variants.csv: csv produced from the Python script
- covid.Rmd: R markdown file with an interactive plot showing the difference between mutatations
- covid.html: html from the last script
- Bayesian approach.Rmd: R markdown script with tha bayesian approach to mutation rates
- Bayesian_approach.pdf: pdf produced by the last script
