This requires for some files to be run manually on production DB and includes a data file which is not part of the repository. It can be downloaded from our drive and should be saved to the
dba/after_load/ext/directory.Once that is in place, do a manual cf ssh and follow the steps in
estimated.sqlto load into the database.
