if I have only lock/unlock permissions and feature has at least one strategy, it doesn’t allow me to Lock/Unlock sucesfully, throws an error

the front end is changing the strategy id

[internal/strategy-id] Front end cannot change strategy ids

Strategy ids must be 4 digits (not uuids) and they cannot be changed once
set as the backend relies on them.
