How could we improve https://github.com/fedimint/fedimint/blob/master/docs/dev-running.md?

Some ideas:

  • Use mprocs, not tmuxinator
    • Update screenshot
  • On-chain deposits and withdrawals
  • Link to UI docs about running the dashboards
  • Show them how to use gateway-cli. Maybe show it's balance changing before and after a lightning payment.
  • rename to tutorial.md
