Bodhi doesn't support flagging advisory updateinfo with suggestions for "relogin"

The updateinfo data supports marking packages in an advisory that the user needs to log out and log back in for the update to take effect. As best as I can tell, even though Bodhi supports setting it in the UI, but doesn't propagate it to the metadata generation phase.

The libsolv library has the ability to process this information, and so DNF can use it when it's available.
