Resolves #248

adrianreber added some commits Sep 4, 2018

Include country_continent.csv for geoip2 migration
This adds country_continent.csv to MirrorManager which was donwloaded
from: https://dev.maxmind.com/static/csv/codes/country_continent.csv

It is also installed as part of the filesystem RPM.

Signed-off-by: Adrian Reber <adrian@lisas.de>
mirrorlist: use geoip2
MaxMind depreacted the GeoIP API and we need to switch to geoip2.
