updating documentation for mac users

Could you please review/suggest changes, @gridhead? I developed it while setting up my Mac machine and had to search for resources to complete the setup. Therefore, I believe it could be useful for other Mac users. |

@onuralpszr I would like to hear your opinions on this. We would want to ensure that the development environment is as close as the deployment environment and hence, this might not be what we are looking for. |
